Justin Timberlake has released his sixth and latest album Everything I Thought It Was.
In an interview Justin said the album title was inspired when a friend, after listening to the album, told him, “this sounds like everything I thought I wanted from you”.
It was preceded by three singles, Selfish, No Angels and Drown and features collaborations with former members of NSYNC as well as Fireboy NML and Tobe Nwigwe.
About the album, Justin revealed that it has “incredibly honest” moments but is also “a lot of fun”. He would call it his “most straightforward” record to date, referring to it as “complex within its simplicity”.
